The President shall immediately disclose the reasons for paragraphs 3 and 4. The Audit and Supervision Committee consists of 5 to 11 audit committee members, including the chairman. All citizens have the right to hold public office in accordance with the provisions of the law. The term of office of the first president of this constitution starts from the date this constitution enters into force. The President serves as the chairman of the State Council and the Prime Minister serves as the vice-chairman. When the chairman requests an extraordinary meeting, the deadline and reason for the request must be specified. Crime victims may make statements in accordance with the provisions of the law during the case trial. The parliament must decide on a constitutional amendment within 60 days from the date of promulgation, and the resolution must obtain the approval of at least two-thirds of the current members.
Unless otherwise stipulated, this law takes effect 20 days after the date of promulgation. The President shall lift martial law if the Congress requests the lifting of martial law and obtains the approval of a majority of the incumbent lawmakers. If public officials such as the President, the Prime Minister, the State Council member, the head of administrative agencies, the Constitutional Court judges, judges, members of the Central Election Commission, the chairman of the Audit and Inspection Committee, the member of the Audit Committee, and other public officials are applicable, the National Assembly may decide on the impeachment procedure if the public official violates the law in performing his/her duties. If a criminal suspect or criminal defendant is prosecuted or acquitted according to the law, he/she may request fair compensation from the state according to the law.
